Hello again from Helensburgh Community Health Centre. Have you seen our new entrance? Some people have thought they were in the wrong building! We are here every day, but our receptionist is only here Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We welcome our new receptionist, Susan, who will make appointments for whatever service you require.

Super Seniors Exercise Group continues to meet every Wednesday in school terms at 10am, newcomers are welcome to join.

• 10-16 March Brain Awareness Week focusing on headache awareness - call 9437 5967
• 13-20 March Coeliac Society Awareness Week - call 9411 4100.
• 16-21 March Seniors Week - program available from Wollongong City Council or Helensburgh Community Centre.
• 28 March Bandaged Bear Day in support of the Children’s Hospital.

Keep active, recommended 30 minutes per day - stay out of the sun between 11am and 3pm and laugh a lot.
