This is an addictive mix of kick boxing, tai chi, karate and self defence that will leave you feeling energised, strong, confident and on top of the world! It is suitable for both males and females.
If it has been a while since you have exercised we have classes to suit you too! Try our Tone and Stretch or perhaps or our cardio equipment which has just arrived. It features both treadmills and upright cycles to get your heart rate pumping.
