We hold regular informal get-togethers offering mother-to-mother support. We usually discuss a parenting or breastfeeding topic, and our get-togethers are an excellent source of accurate and up-to-date information for mothers and mothers-to-be. A trained Breastfeeding Counsellor is always present to answer questions or offer reassurance.

Oh for some sleep! Night waking: Lack of sleep is a popular discussion topic amongst parents. Pick up and share some great ideas on coping with night waking for children of all ages. Monday 1 September at 10am.
The workings of our Association: Come along to learn how our Association works, and the importance of our wonderful subscribers.

There are many tasks, big and small open to subscribers within the Group. Whether you wish to take a more active part, simply find out more information, or join us for a coffee, this promises to be an interesting get-together.
