Italian at the Park changes hands

Italian at the Park owners Lynda and Richard Arrowsmith are in final negotiations for the sale of their restaurant in Stanwell Park.
It is understood a local family is buying the property and plans to open an a la carte restaurant featuring nouveau cuisine.
The restaurant has suffered a lack of patronage for some time due to the road closure. It was recently limited to functions only.
Neither party wished to comment until the sale was finalised.
