Twirlers snare state title
Southern Star Twirlers representatives Adele Talbot and Kate-Maree Organ (left) are national champions following their win as part of the March Past at the recent Baton Twirling Championships.
Adele and Kate-Maree had won the state championships as part of the Southern Stars’ sister team, the East/Aqua Club, earlier in the month.
The team was coached by Natalie Walker who, with Adele, founded the Southern Star Twirlers.
The Twirlers performed at the Lions Club Fair late last month and train on Saturday mornings in Helensburgh.
