Apply for community grants
The Helensburgh & District News invites submissions from non-profit organisations needing financial assistance to further their work.
Two donations of $1000 each will be given to the groups which can show how the money would benefit the community.
Last year donations were given to Stanwell Parks Arts Theatre and the Helensburgh & District Citizens Tennis Club.
Only not-for-profit organisations are eligible to apply. This includes sporting groups, environmental organisations, schools, scouts and guides, youth groups and others which benefit our community.
Please address your submission to the Helensburgh & District News, PO Box 248, Helensburgh, NSW, 2508 or drop it into one of our boxes. Please detail past fund-raising initiatives and how the grant would be spent.
Submissions must be received by 1 October and the successful applicants will be announced in the November edition of the newsletter.
